Yes - points expire after 6 months.
You can view your point balance by clicking the blue Rewards box on the bottom left hand side of the screen or in the My Account section.
There are two ways to redeem your points
- Generate a discount code in the Rewards panel by clicking the redeem box and using the slider to generate a code. Then copy and paste this code in the “Discount code” box at checkout.
- Go straight to the checkout and use the slider to automatically apply your discount.
Yes – simply use the slider to slide to the value of points you want to redeem, click redeem and your discount will be applied to your order!
No problem – simply open up the Rewards panel and your coupon will be sitting in the “Your Rewards” section. Alternatively, you can check your email as it would have been sent to you.

Subscription or Auto-Replenishment is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favourite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable so you can make changes online whenever you need. You’ll also receive free shipping with all your Auto-Replenishment products!
Joining Auto-Replenishment is easy; it can be done while browsing the product page. To subscribe - simply select the auto-replenish option, the frequency at which you would like your products delivered and then proceed to the check out as normal.
Once you’ve joined, our Auto-Replenishment service is easy to manage. You can pause, cancel and view your order history or next dispatch date at any time under the ‘my account’ section on our website.

To cancel your auto replenishment order

Here you will find a list of all the products that you currently have set to auto-replenish. Click on the ‘view orders’ button next to the product that you would like to cancel. You will find the ‘cancel subscription’ button in the subscription information section on this page.

Click on the ‘view orders’ button next to the product that you would like to change the delivery address and/or payment method for. Under the delivery & payment section, you will have the ability to edit these.

Once logged in, select the ‘my account’ tab in the top right-hand corner and then ‘auto-replenish products.’ Here you will find a list of all the products that you currently have set to auto-replenish. Click on the ‘view orders’ button next to the product that you would like to be sent now. On the blue bar at the top of the page, next to the intended dispatch date, you will find the ‘send now’ button.
All Auto-Replenishment subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Unfortunately, other payment forms cannot be accepted.
