Auto-Replenishment or subscriptions are the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favourite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable so you can make changes online whenever you need.
Joining is easy; it can be done while browsing the product page. To subscribe - simply select the subscribe option, the frequency at which you would like your products delivered and then proceed to the check out as normal.
Once you’ve subscribed, your subscription orders are easy to manage. You can view, cancel, skip and dispatch your product immediately under the “My Account” section when you are logged in. Simply click on the “Manage Subscriptions” button and then click on the product subscription that you would like to make changes to.
Simply log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section. Here you will find the “Manage Subscriptions” button and you can click on the product that you would like to view the next dispatch date of.

Yes, absolutely! To do so please make sure you are logged in to your account and go to the “My Account” section. Once here click the “Manage Subscriptions” button and you will find both the “Shipping addresses” and “Billing information” tabs. This is where you can make these changes.
You can definitely dispatch your product immediately under the “My Account” section when you are logged in. Simply click on the “Manage Subscriptions” button and then click on the product subscription that you would like to make changes to. Once in the product section you will see a big “order now” button – this will then generate an order immediately so your product will be shipped sooner.
All Subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Unfortunately, other payment forms cannot be accepted.
No need to remember to order your products! You’ll also receive free shipping on all auto-replenish orders. Cancel, pause or make changes at any time when logged into your account.
