The Dermalogica Loyalty Programme has been designed to reward our loyal Dermalogica users. It is available for all Dermalogica consumers that shop online at dermalogica.co.nz. For every $1 spent on Dermalogica products at Dermalogica.co.nz you receive 1 point. You can then redeem points for a variety of exciting products available in our Rewards Boutique or on free shipping.
Our new Loyalty Programme launched on 1st March 2024! All your existing points from your previous loyalty account have been transferred so you can now redeem your points via our new system. For any questions about this change please contact customerservice@dermalogica.co.nz
You are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Programme when you create an account on our platform. If you don't have an account yet, sign up now to start earning points with your purchases.
You can redeem your points for a range of products available in our Loyalty Rewards Boutique. This includes merchandise, products and specific offers. Our Rewards Boutique is updated with new items regularly so explore the Rewards Boutique to discover the exciting options available for redemption now.
Log in to your account, and your current points balance will be displayed in your dashboard. Additionally, you will receive periodic updates on your points balance through email notifications and via SMS if you are subscribed.
Currently, our Loyalty Programme allows you to redeem points for products only. Cash or gift card redemptions are not available at this time.
Points are valid for 6 months from the date of earning. Be sure to check your account regularly and redeem your points before they expire.
Once you have accumulated enough points, simply visit the Dermalogica Loyalty Programme section on our website, choose your desired reward from the Rewards Boutique, and follow the easy steps to complete the redemption process.
No, points are non-transferable between accounts. Each account holder can only redeem points earned through their own purchases.
Some products may have restrictions, and products are subject to change and availability. Please review the catalogue for specific details on each reward item.
If you return an item for which you earned points, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
